Less than two months have passed since the hotel opened , I stayed just one night ,But perhaps these tips will help to select the right hotel in Kish .They claim to have a five-star luxury hotel، but in my opinion, still too far from the claim:Pros:-very polite and helpful staff-spacious,clean room(my room:2603-6th floor) with sea view.Cons:-obviously unfinished lobby-Room not well-equipped (very basic rooms)-very average food(breakfast, complimentary lunch)No special locationStill too early to judge ،However the prognosis is worrying.Time will reveal everything,I wish them all the success they can get.

They claim to be 5 star but there is not even a good wifi.Nobody takes care of the issues. after we checked in hotel, we found that there is no towel, shampoo, soap and napkin in the room. Delay in answering, they just hear you with no action.About the breakfast: Dirty and broken dishes. charging the items takes long time. all the foods were so cold.you can hear all the voices from the next room and was bothering us.Totally do not waste your money.

Please don't waist your money for this terrible hotelEverything was bad and also there was not any responsible person.I've not been such a hotel yet.All the bins of room weren't clean!!!There was a very bad smell in room and the bath room doesn't work

Beautifully designed interior of the hotel. Loved the Persian breakfast. The rooms are large with spacious bathroom, cleaned everyday and linen changed. Language is a barrier,however, you can get around with the friendly staff of the hotel. Hotel within the city. Good view of the Persian Gulf from the higher level floors.

Hotel is very modern, rooms clean, check in staff very pleasantOn arrival. Food is varied and good, parking is challenging some days, nice swimming pool and gym.DownsidesRoom phone didn't work, no towels left after room cleaned, check out clearly mentions in English 2 pm on information leaflets, but reception tell you its 12pm, porter told us mini bar was free for first re charge, please note its not they charge you, on check out ,receptionist was very not friendly either in FarsiThese points maybe small but hotel is meant to be 5 star

Not 5star hotel, u can feel only maximum 3star.Nice building, nice decoration, in lobby.Room is clean in basic.Breackfast was soso but too crowded.Room service was bad part of my trip.10time on 2days i asked them to clean up, but nothing happened.The staff was good and kind.The pools was close because of covid 19

It was a very nice hotel with a fantastic view combination of building and sea. I stayed at this hotel for four nights and I enjoyed large lobby and the beautiful yard. Breakfast was great and the restaursnt’s environment was based on our expectation.

Please don't waste your money for this terrible hotel. It seems like a 3star hotel not a 5star one.Breakfast was awful. The room was basically clean not bad not good. It took several hours to ask sth from the reception. The breakfast hall was very crowded and sometimes the hot breakfasts were cool. The quality of bread, cake and cheese was very bad. I've not been to such a awful hotel in Iran yet.There is no a great arrangement and management. No one is responsible for any thing.water in bathroom wasnot hot enough it feels like cool water.Please don't waste your money to go to this hotel.

Though written 5 star hotel, but its one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen, dirty rooms and broken suites.Staffs are no so friendly and they play with the prices as they wont.i strongly suggest to find another hotel as we did.

I had chek in in this hotel for 3 days but i was not satisfied with there cervices bad cleaning rooms were un pleasan and its not afive star hotel its just atrick otherwise its services just like athree stars hotel front desk staf rough bad treating i advice to find other hotel

The hotel price is good.The hotel is in a good location. The hotel was crowded. The breakfast hall was very crowded and sometimes the hot breakfasts were cool. The variety of breakfast was low. The cleanliness of the rooms was also average.

I was in this hotel with my family and just opposite all the reviews we have read about this hotel before our trip, everything was fine.We received good service from the moment we entered the hotel till the exit. The staff were very polite and kind to give hand in whatever we needed.

I stayed in this 5 star hotel for 3 nights. It had some advantagous and disadvantagous. First, the rooms and public areas and pool were clean. The staff were totally polite. The location of the hotel was great, it was close to seaside and shopping centers. The internet quality was great. But the hotel was to crowded and noisy specially at nights the noise was disater but, i didnt find out were was the source of noise, it was somthing like the sound of a motor which was disturbing. Overally we were satisfied with the hotel and I recommend u to stay there.

It's been the second time that I choose this hotel due to having fantastic view. I like the combination of sea and buildings in window view of rooms. We stay at this hotel on seventh floor and I enjoy the fascinating view of Kish island. You don't have an uninterrupted view of sea but it is quite interesting. you look at the parasols on the sky while you are resting on couch behind the window in the morning and you see the sunset in the evening. from dawn to dusk, you have a frame of scenic fantastic views through your window. The lobby is quite spacious that you can sit and do your tasks without interfering others. There are many various comfortable furniture. You can choose one of them and open your laptop and work on your tasks. Breakfast are served from 7:30 in the morning and I prefer hotels like this that serves breakfast at the early morning due to having more time to go walking after this important meal. Anyway, this wonderful hotel has some cons too. My room has a door inside I think this it connects to the room besides us but of course it's locked, The sound of talking in another room are heard so it's a bit noisy and I prefer silence when I'm staying at the hotels

Clean and comfortable hotel, our room was on the 7th floor and facing the sea. Excellent view, the quality of breakfast was very good, but the quality of lunch, while the buffet was not at all good, the food was cold and dry.

me and my friend had suite on this DEC on 5th floor with view of sea and the park for 10 nights because hotel located in front of a huge and beautiful park our room was so clean and the house keeping clean rooms every day we enjoy a lot in the hotel gym and swimming pool and one of the positive point that we like it is free WIFI in hotel in each room i recommend if you want go to kish island try this hotel

We stayed here for 2 night, Room was clean and good, services were acceptable, food was normal but not anything special. we used city tour services in the lobby for some places and it was OK. in my opinion it should be a 4-star hotel.

services like 3 star hotel but u get surprised that give 5 star.low quality breakfast. just eggs and egg base foods 🤨i asked manager to resolve illegal water price but impolite manager defend his work instead off apology. my mother asked several times services to clean and change bed but no answer and act from services shocked us .in this price hotel in kish vida hotel seems beter than international kish hotel
