Rooms smell horrible, mold in the bathroom. Construction site next door for a second hotel. No towels available. Toilet broken. Floor dirty. No bread, no tea, no coffee at breakfast at 9am

we stayed in Panorama hotel for 3 nights, the location was good, near to beach, restaurants and shopping centers.our room was too big and comfortable and the air conditioner was super good.the hotel facade was pretty good.the staff member were friendly but not very helpful.unfortunately the breakfast wasnt good enough for a five stars hotel, we didnt found any kind of omelet or fruits for the breakfast and also there were a lack of waitres in the restaurant so their servic were extremely slow.last but not least they have warned us not to take any towels out of the hotel but they gave us a towel from hotel Chamran of Shiraz:/all in all I dont recommend to stay in this hotel as a five star hotel.regards

Panorama hotel is a clean and goo hotel in Kish island. I recommend it to all passengers. But i think this hotel with potential can be betterHotel staff need to more training. Hotel management must pay attention more to details.

We were there immediately after decreaseing limitation for Ovid 19 Epidemi.The hotel follows all protocols very well.Disposable dishes , mask, hand rub was available.staff serve foods from buffet witch was a protocol for preventing covid19.The hotel is very big . Huge room , king size bed, good air condition.We ate two lunches in the hotel and I enjoyed it very much.Kish island is small but the location of hotel is very good near shopping malls and a few restaurants.and we could see the sea from our rooms( may be it is visible from 5 th floor)Biking is very popular in island and bikes are available for rent in hotel.Staff were very kind .Chef is a nice guy with excellent taste . Always you can find him in restaurant during lunch and dinner .I recommend this hotel.

excellent and clean hotel service was very popular.the rooms were perfectly clean stylish and the hotel's prestige was excellent. the price was really affordable....It has been a few months since the opening of this hotel, therefore it is very good, new and clean now and I really recommend everyone to stay in new hotels in every city of Iran because they do not take care of hotels very wellin Iran, unfortunately! This hotel is luxury, clean and very comfortable. Also it has a superb breakfast and its location is very good because you have access to the grand pier and important malls at the same time.

We booked 3 nights. Upon arrival the room was ready but the bed was very dirty. No phone manual was there. Actually room was not ready for using by a new guest. We asked to change the room and they did. The new room was better but during 3 nights and four days just one time was cleaned after several request. House keeping was awful. Location and breakfast were positive points. However, I don't recommend this hotel.

It's my first time that coming to this hotel. until now it was satisfactory for me. This hotel is newly made and it's making it better. Its location is good, staffs are also friendly.When I decided to choose this hotel I checked most of the reviews here and other websites, all things was good but weather in this days of year is hoooot in kish island, if your coldish lover it's not good time to be here.And details: breakfast is good but repetitive. rooms are big but you should call reception to clean room. safety box, closet, toothbrush you have here. I didn't hear about pool in hotel( I saw it have but I think cos of covid19 is closed).You can rent car, motorcycle and bicycle for going around.You have room service 24h, tea, coffee, fastfood , Iranian food and...Totally it's good hotel.

This is not a 5star hotel, not even three.For a 5 star in the tourist capital, no-one speaks English at the front desk.The rooms would have been nice in the 1890s, but now tired.Housekeeping is terrible. Your room will not be cleaned unless you put on the cleaning light. One day I was in the room when they cleaned, it took them less than 3 minutes. The bathroom has never been cleaned (I am here for a week) and every day I have to ask for towels.WiFi is frustratingly slow and every day I have to go to reception to get a new password.The gym and pool is useless, for men only open 3 nights a week from 8-11 (normally when you have supper)The coffee shop is nice, but on a good day it will take 20 minutes for them to make you a coffee.The only good thing about this hotel is the maitre de, Abbas. He is fluent in English, fun, enthusiastic and professional. He is way to good for this second class hotel and I am speaking to my hospitality clients in Dubai to get him employed at a true 5 star hotel.I’m back later this year and will definitely avoid this hotel, I suggest you do the same…

Never again! Arrived to total chaos. Reception was a new girl, very friendly but could not get any belll boy to help. We waited 15 min to get one to go to our rooms. Breakfast is terrible. For a "5 star" hotel there should be at least hot food and someone to make eggs and omlet fresh. Food was cold and lacking. Boy making pancakes was extremely, extremely rude. Getting tours is a joke. We wanted tour information, inthe middle of talking to us the girl took a phone call and totally ignored us. We walked across the street and bought a tour from someone else, so rude. In the afternoon, noise above our room, construction, couldn't sleep. Manager comes to the lobby, walks fromone end to the other, walks back. Bubba, at least stop and ask people if everything is ok, is there any problem or suggestions? Very, very poor management. I have stayed in 3 star kish hotels better than this. Never, ever again.
