the prices are OK. You have to take a taxi anytime or walk to reach to the beach and other shopping centers. The rooms are not clean enough. Some of the Staffs can not speak English very well! Also the room services was not satisfied me.

Well, we stayed at the Aryan hotel for 3 nights on January. The room was tidy, clean and quite big comparing to a double room standard. Free medium speed WiFi is available in the room, hair dryer, minibar, Tv but no satellite, air condition are the other amenities. But coffee/tea maker is not there, so u have to order from the coffee-shop to bring your tea in the room. The breakfast is very simple and doesn't have anything special to describe. The laundry is hopeless, cos they are closed on weekends! so it took almost 2 days to get my manteau cleaned! The reception and cleaning staff are well mannered and helpful, but the restaurant waiters no. In case of need anything during having breakfast or lunch its better to get it yourself instead of ask it from the waiter! The hotel restaurant food is not recommended, cos you are wasting your money for the very low quality food. The locations is near Morvarid and Trade center shopping malls, and 10 minutes walking to the beach. Comparing to other 4 star hotels in Kish island Aryan is not bad, but its not really a 4star!

Rooms were often not cleaned. The carpets are really terrible, the breakfast is nothing to write home about, the shower curtains were not even long enough to reach the floor... Staff was unfriendly and extremely suspisious of their guests constantely talking about how much you owed them and how they "still had your passport."Huge dissapointment and will defenitely never visit again.

This hotel isn't 4 star in really.The rooms of this hotel very old but clean.Locatin is good & have store for rent car.Breakfast is very simple for 4star hotel and not good.But price is ok for this hotel

This is a nice and clean hotel with friendly personnel. There is an in-house car rental and tour guide. The tour guide arranges para-sailing, banana riding, aquarium ship, helicopter ride, camel riding, tour around the island and other activities. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walking distance from the pier where most of the activities take place. There was a comfortable bed and couch in our room. Clean toilet and bathroom.A buffet style breakfast with changing menu was included in the stay. Based on the reviews we had read on trip advisor, our expectations were very low but we were pleasantly surprised, especially by the friendliness of the staff.Compared to other hotels in Kish, this accomodation was very reasonably priced. It is affiliated with Kish Air (which also had an excellent service onboard our round trip flight Tehran - Kish)I'd say it's a quaint hotel because its architecture resembles that of old caravansarays.

I staid there for two night. The facilities are old. The cleaning is average. The break fast is very simple! The services was average.Anyway, i think it can not be 4 stars hotel. It can be 3 starts with a little leniency.The location of hotel was good. It is near shopping centers and also you can walk with 15 min to beach.I don't recommend.

good place with some clean rooms the launch compare to the other hotels are a level up from the others in the same location.let me tell you compare to the money that you'll pay you earn the good services and place... not excellent but its still my choice for the next time.
